Meet The Team

Alex

Director

Alex has had a long career in helping others and worked in public services for fifteen years before starting the company. She has extensive experience in working with people who suffer from mental health, hoarding disorders, ADHD and Autism. Organising is Alex’s passion and she has a natural ability to create visions in her head for your spaces and bring them to life.

Hollie

Hollie is one of our fabulous professional organisers based in Kent and she brings all good vibes. She’s bursting with energy, wonderfully compassionate and patient enough to turn even the trickiest spaces into calm, happy places. When she’s off the clock, you’ll catch her out walking her dog or out having fun because Hollie never misses a chance for a good time.

Sona

Sona is very used to working on a 1-2-1 basis with clients as she’s had an extensive career undertaking personal assistant work. Sona loves to help people and nothing is too much trouble. She’s especially good at cleaning. Sona loves animals and enjoys dancing and raving in her spare time.

Ela

Ela has experience working in pubs and helping people from all walks of life. She has a keen eye for detail and has joined the team wanting to help people create cleaner, clearer and more manageable spaces whilst making positive changes to their everyday lives.

Jenny

Jenny has lived in America for over twenty years before recently moving back to the UK to spend more time with her family. Jenny has over thirty years of experience in nursing and has had a long career in helping others. Jenny has strong organisational and problem-solving skills from her nursing career which she now brings to professional organising.

James

Originally born in the US but now living in the UK, James has over thirty years of experience in business management and building and renovation projects before coming on board as a professional organiser. He has an eye for detail and a strong ability to multi-task and problem-solve.

Tanya

Tanya has been a professional organiser for over 2 years now, however it has been something she has been passionate about her whole life. Although she enjoys the challenge of tackling any room in a home, her previous career in early years education has given her a great insight in to childrens environments and she is able to use that experience to create rooms tailored to individual childrens needs that will help them to develop the skills they require as they grow into adult life

Rachel

Before joining the Clutter-B-Gone team, Rachel was working as a social prescriber, connecting people in the local community to support groups and services to promote positive wellbeing. With a kind, compassionate, person-centred approach, teamed with an interest and knowledge around hoarding behaviours, Rachel has a passion for helping others and looks forward to being able to help people free up space in their homes, and being able to make a difference. In her spare time, Rachel enjoys a range of hobbies; arts and crafts including printmaking and photography, going out for walks and has recently got back into playing tennis. She is frequently known for signing up for various charity fundraising challenges

Lara

Before joining Clutter-B-Gone, Lara built a career within the council, supporting vulnerable individuals. She has extensive experience working with people facing mental health challenges and neurodiversity, where her patience and understanding truly stand out.

Lara joined CBG to continue making a positive difference, particularly supporting those who may find it difficult to let go of items. Her compassionate approach helps clients feel safe, respected, and understood throughout their journey.

Outside of work, Lara enjoys travelling and spending quality time with her family.

Kerri

Kerri joined the team following a long and dedicated career in public service, where she developed a genuine passion for helping others. She has an exceptional attention to detail and a natural talent for problem-solving. Kerri oversees the administrative side of the business and plays a vital role in ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

Outside of work, Kerri enjoys spending quality time with her family, walking her dogs, and can often be found enjoying a good dance at the weekend.

Lynsey

Lynsey has had a 25-year career in retail however since 2018 she has been working as an Interiors Stylist for television and photography since.

In 2021 Lynsey worked as an Interior Designer on Channel 5’s ‘Nick Knowles’ Big House Clearout’, designing stress-free spaces for families whose homes were previously full of clutter and mess. In 2022, she worked back on season 2 of the show but this time Art Directing the warehouse: arranging ALL the belongings artfully to enable everything to be sorted through with ease. Organising and styling is Lynsey’s passion and she is now putting those skills to good use with Clutter-B-Gone.
